Governor DeSantis, Sign HB 1281 to Save Our Stoves!

Federal and local politicians are trying to ban our access to natural gas and even prohibit the use of gas stoves.

But freedom lives here in Florida. The Florida Legislature passed HB 1281, a bill to ensure local governments cannot ban access to gas stoves.

Now, the legislation requires Governor DeSantis’ signature to become law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission wants to ban gas stoves? The Biden Administration has gone too far this time! 

Thank you for fighting for freedom in the Sunshine State and fighting to protect our rights to natural gas stoves. 

The Florida Legislature passed HB 1281, a bill prohibiting local governments from banning gas stoves. Now it’s time to sign the bill into law. 

Natural gas is essential in a state that is prone to hurricanes. When disaster hits, Floridians depend on natural gas to support emergency response, power generators and cook food. 

Natural gas is critical to our economy. It contributes $3.5 billion in economic impact and creates 44,000 new jobs for Florida workers every year. 

We can’t continue to rely on hostile countries for our energy needs. Natural gas is sourced right here in the United States of America under strict environmental standards and regulations.
